Time Attendance Terminal

K48x has 4 additional function keys that make easy its advanced features. This features can be divided in two groups: A) Receive special information for the employee and B) the employee can Send additional events info and C) Receive Automatic messages sent by HHRR department.

Entre las funciones del primer grupo destacan las siguientes:

A) Some examples of shown information:          

-  Last clockings of the employee
-  Clocking data in some other date.
-  Regular hour's balance.
- OT hour's balance.
-  Vacation pending days and used days.


B)The employee can report amongst others :

- A Request for Vacation days.
- External Worked time.
- Temporary shift change.

C) Automatic Messages:
- Birthday congratulations
- New working destination
- Attend to HHRRdepartment

New functions are easily added or removed by the Time attendance manager.

K48x terminal includes also a relay for access control and another relay is fully programmable.

K45x is the K48x version without fingerprint reader.                      






Online and offline
clocking data are transmitted in real time to the main computer even if it is located hundreds of miles away.  When the computer is down, the recorded clockings are stored in the Time clock until communications are again established so information is always save. Upon a host is detected information is sent automatically.

Toughness and reduced dimensions The K48x time recorder is delivered in a stainless steel case , the clock is roughed enough for industrial environments but also elegant and ideal for offices and service companies .

Flexibility in Identification modes It multiple options allow the identification process to be done in several ways:

Direct Identification modes: Placing the finger on the optical reader Typing a private PIN Showing an authorized card to the clock

Complex identification modes Typing a private PIN and placing the finger on the reader Showing an authorized card at the clock and placing the finger on the reader Typing a private PIN and showing an authorized card

In all clocking modes , once the clocking is registered , the employee's name appears on the display with the clock in time so for the employe is sure the clocking has been properly done. Complex ways of clock in are normaly used for high security purposes , only those applications makes those ways suitable because clock in takes more time and it is not as fast as with the Direct modes.

Enroll modes   To enroll new fingerprints it is very easy , it can be done directly in the K48x , the in charge person has a fingerprint registered as supervisor fingerprint , when this finger is placed on the reader the time clock prompts in the display with the sentence. "Do you wish to enroll a new user?"  new users can immediately be added just following next instructions , also form the computer is easy to enroll new users Multiterminal features K48x terminals has all patterns stored in each terminal son a full seto f multiterminal functions are provided , to transfer the stored patterns from the terminal to the PC and also to other terminals so one employee enrolls the finger print only once even if he is allowed to clock in in several terminals. Online firmware upgrades Provides your terminal always with our latest features so it never becomes obsolete. Special Events Special events can be added when clocking , the employee keys the event code and  after that places the finger on the optical reader. The displays shows the event description.  Relays to handle a door and a siren/horn           OEM Drivers for Windows and Linux Communications drivers for linux and windows are also available for K48x
